| Welcome to PURRfect Partners Cat Rescue Group: We are a group of volunteers who are committed to finding forever loving homes for kittens and cats. Please visit our Adoption Center on Saturdays and Sundays at Centinela Feed, located at 413 N. Pacific Coast Hwy in Redondo Beach, California. Our cats and kittens (and their staff!) are there from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. |
| AUGUST ADOPTIONS! Congratulations to our kitties who were adopted in August! Gigi (at 12 years of age!), Jake, Jasmine, and Riley were able to find forever homes. Please help Stacy, our September Heartbreaker Kitty of the Month to be as lucky as these cats. She has been going to adoptions for two years, and would love to play in a permanent home.

| CAT VIDEO OF THE MONTH Timothy, our August Heartbreaker Kitty of the Month, also has his own videos! Timothy was dumped on the street by his previous owner. Luckily, one of our volunteers found him and is fostering him until he finds a new, loving home. Unfortunately, Timothy has a really hard time at our adoption center. He gets very nervous and shy, even a bit grouchy. But he is truly a super sweet and fun kitty at home! | UPCOMING EVENTS PURRfect Partners is planning its third Free-Roaming Cat Spay and Neuter Clinic. With support from PV Pet Village Clinic, PURRfect Partners sponsors a one-day free spay and neuter clinic. Through our first two clinics, we were able to fix 90 cats - this means thousands less in the number of future homeless and unwanted cats! More details are coming soon. | RECENT EVENTS On July 21, 2010, Mimi's Cafe in Torrance kindly donated 15% of food sales from patrons who brought in a PURRfect Partners event flyer. Thank you to Mimi's for their support of this important cause, and thank you to everyone who took the time to dine at Mimi's Cafe and help the cats of PURRfect Partners! PURRfect Partners was once again a member of COMMUNITY SHOPPING DAY at Macy's on Saturday May 15th. Many thanks to Macy's and to our supporters for participating in this event! El Paso Cantina donated 25% of food sales for those who brought in a flyer. Funds raised from this event goes to medical care of the cats and kittens who come into our care. All are spayed/neutered. And if necessary, are treated for their injuries and given antibiotics. We socialize and rehabilitate cats and kittens to be friendly, loving and well-adjusted - ready for a loving family. We would like to thank El Paso Cantina in Torrance and those who participated in the fund raiser. Our Second Free Spay and Neuter Event was held on Feb. 21 with Dr. Fuchino and Dr. Hodgens at PV Village Pet Clinic. Dr. Fuchino, Dr. Hodgens, and their staff spayed and neutered 47 feral cats. We held our semi-annual Yard Sale Fundraiser on Feb. 26 and Feb. 27. We would like to thank those who donated books, videos, furniture and other items. |
